2. Description of Service

QuickDeeds provides digital property verification, title checks, and legal drafting services ("Services"). Our platform analyzes property records against various government databases to provide transparency and efficiency in property transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and case submission process.
• Maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Ensuring that you have the legal right or authorization to request verification for any property you submit to our platform.
• The authenticity of all documents uploaded to our system.

4. Property Verification & Documents

QuickDeeds acts as an intermediary verification engine. While we strive for absolute precision by interrogating official records (IGR, CERSAI, etc.):

• Our reports are based on the data available in government databases at the time of the check.
• Registration of a deed does not always guarantee a conclusive title under Indian law. Our services provide an evidentiary layer but should not replace final legal counsel for complex disputes.
• We reserve the right to reject any document that appears fraudulent or tampered with.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable once the verification process has begun, as we incur costs for database access and analyst labor. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the QuickDeeds platform, including our proprietary algorithms and report templates, are the exclusive property of Quick Deed Solutions Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Deed Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any errors or omissions in government records.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
